Children's Creative Dance Ages 8-10

Service Description

A 10 week session exploring creative movement, contemporary and jazz! No dance experience is neccesary. The goal of this class is for participants to learn to love their unique and wonderful bodies and selves and to discover their creative potential by letting go of judgement and the need for perfection. By connecting to their bodies as an integral part of the whole, they will explore choreography in a fun, expressive way, along with plenty of time for free movement to explore balance, coordination, musicality, rhythm all the while building confidence and community. Children should wear clothing that is easy to move in yet not too baggy. Hair should be pulled back and please bring a closed water bottle.

Cancelation Policy

Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable unless: 1. It is canceled by the studio 2. You are unwell or have been exposed to Covid Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Please cancel on your end within 2 hours of class so others can fill your spot. Passes are honored until their expiration date. Passes can be extended by the studio only if classes are reduced significantly or canceled.
