Service Description
Once we have a grasp on the fundamentals what's next? Well we put it into action, advancing the movement patterns, we start to add load, and work on sequencing, creating functional dynamic patterns that challenge and engage our whole body, including our cardiovascular system. Always tailored to the level of the participants I play with weight, tempo, sequencing, and holds to increase the challenge and keep our bodies progressing. Core and posterior chain activation are always central, along with challenging stabilizers which build knee and shoulder fortitude. Don't let this class intimate you, it is perfect for every level and all goals. No prior experience is necessary, but we will touch on a lot of the same queuing and patterning demonstrated in the Foundations of Movement Semester. Cancellation Policy
Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable unless: 1. It is canceled by the studio 2. You are unwell or have been exposed to Covid Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Please cancel on your end within 2 hours of class so others can fill your spot. Passes are honored until their expiration date. Passes can be extended by the studio only if classes are reduced significantly or canceled.
