With its emphasis on strength & flexibility this power yoga class is a great, low impact, full body workout that promotes overall wellness. Jenn aims to help improve cardiovascular output, physical fitness, posture, firmness, mental focus & relieve tension in the students body. This custom power flow version of yoga, is a faster pace & dynamic activity that emphasizes the flow from one pose to the next, rather than a single pose at a time while focusing on building strength & stamina. By using your own bodyweight to tone & strengthen you will soon notice you are able to move quicker, with more ease & increased agility. Whether you play sports, live an active lifestyle, go to the gym regularly, or have a career which requires physical activity, this class will help those of all ages to increase their range of motion, improve performance, help with soreness and lower the chance of injuries by developing a body that is very adaptable to the various physical demands of one’s life. As a bonus, students will also reap the mental health benefits which yoga offers without getting too deeply into the philosophy of the practice. A perfect stress relief even if your schedule only permits the occasional drop in!
Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable unless: 1. It is canceled by the studio 2. You are unwell or have been exposed to Covid Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Please cancel on your end within 2 hours of class if you are on a membership so others can fill your spot. No shows will be recorded and may prevent you from attending in the future if it happens regularly. Passes are honored until their expiration date. Monthly memberships can be paused by the studio only if classes are reduced significantly or canceled.
