Set to music, this is a slower Vinyasa-style class that allows you to release your day, engage your body-mind-breath connection, and gain strength and functional mobility. If you are newer to yoga this is a great way to learn the poses at a slower pace, while building strength and mobility. Suitable for everyBODY, a variety of props and variations are offered to either challenge yourself or make things more accessible. No experience required-Come as You Are Today! Please bring a yoga mat and a closed water bottle. Ages 16+ TO BOOK: PLEASE E-TRANSFER GILLIAN firstname.lastname@example.org OR PAY CASH ON DROP IN. Minimum 3 people pre-paid required for class to run. Please register at least 24 hours prior please. Gillian has two class passes available 5 class or 10 class for a discounted price. Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable unless: 1. It is canceled by the studio 2. You are unwell or have been exposed to Covid Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Please cancel on your end within 2 hours of class so others can fill your spot. Passes are honored until their expiration date. Passes can be extended by the studio only if classes are reduced significantly or canceled.
