Secure your spot for our upcoming Bali Retreat. This non-refundable deposit confirms your attendance and will be applied toward your final retreat balance. Prepare for a transformative journey of wellness and relaxation in paradise. Please note the deposit is in US dollars so we have made the currency conversion here.

Cancellation Policy
Retreat prices are listed in USD. This is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $600 USD converted to CAD 2nd installment which is 50% of the balance at that time, OR the full balance is due November 1, 2026 Final balance is due January 1, 2027 Balance or deposit can be made by PayPal, E-Transfer (Canadians only) or invoice by credit card. Any currency conversion or fees charged by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the guest. CANCELLATION We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair while allowing us to meet our commitments to the retreat venue and local partners. If you need to cancel please notify us as soon as possible. Your initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances​ If you cancel before November 1, 2026, only your deposit will be retained. If you cancel between November 1, 2026 and January 1 1, 2027, your 2nd installment payment will be refunded in full (your deposit remains non-refundable). If you cancel after January 1, 2027, all payments made to that point are non-refundable. Your welcome to transfer your spot to another guest at any time before the retreat, subject to our approval -but your initial deposit is still non refundable and non-transferable. In the rare and unlikely event this retreat must be cancelled on our end for any reason other than force majeure, political unrest or reasons beyond our control, all payments made will be refunded to you in full. Late arrival or early departure due to travel disruption or weather does not qualify for a refund. In the event of non-compliance with the payment deadlines by the traveler within the maximum period, it will be understood that the reservation has been canceled by the traveler and the spaces and services corresponding to said reservation will be available and no refunds will be given. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage, as retreat payments may become non-refundable according to the dates above, especially before you book your flights.
