Service Description
With Hailey Cole: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Functional Movement Specialist, Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Inspired by yoga flows, and Pilates core work, I utilize body weight, bands, blocks, and bolsters to create slow controlled movements that build a foundation to support everyday activities. Reducing pain and focusing on proper alignment, we'll build more balanced systems to help prevent injuries and do life better! Whether you're new to exercise, or an avid lifter, hiker, or fitness enthusiast this is a perfect fitness addition. Wonderful for those trying to enhance their core awareness, post baby, injury, or inactivity. It's also a no impact class so is great for those with movement limitations or aging bodies. Honestly when I say these are Essential Movements I mean it! As a personal trainer of 10 years experience these are my favorite movement patterns that I have seen benefit the most people. The small group style allows me to focus on form and perfect our moves to get the most out of them! I became a trainer in the spring of 2014 after dedicating my time to complete a large scale open water swim, the more I trained the happier I became. I wanted to pursue it full time and it's been the best job I could hope for. I've trained for large gyms and then for myself, and currently take on clients at the local community center. However small scale group classes have been a huge passion of mine. I am now offering semester based classes, to share my joy for slow steady foundational movements, drawing on Yoga, Pilates, Barre and weight training to create mat classes that challenge and uplift. I try to make my classes customized to the participants, welcoming all ages, and fitness levels. Mondays and Thursdays 5:15pm at Embody Studio, Downtown Creston! Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your class booking, your class is non-refundable. You can reschedule or cancel your spot by logging in to your account-under My Bookings. You have up to two hours to cancel or re-book in order to allow others to take your spot. You will be refunded, or classes returned to your class pass if: 1. A class is canceled by the studio 2. You are unwell or there is a snowstorm or other practical reason you can't make it. Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Please cancel on your end within 2 hours of class so others can fill your spot. Passes are honored until their expiration date. Passes can be extended by the studio only if classes are reduced significantly or canceled, if instructors are ill or if you are unable to attend for a good reason. Please speak to your instructor.
