Service Description
Enter a magickal world where the deep rest of restorative yoga meets the powerful vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls. A space is created for release, cellular renewal, and inner peace. You will be guided to turn your awareness inward, releasing deep-seated tension from your diaphragm, pelvis, shoulders and heart while experiencing the profound power of stillness while being fully supported. Allowing one to settle into their deepest expression of comfort and rest on a physical, emotional and energetic level. As the sound waves & resonance of the bowls are felt & heard in every cell of your body, a sense of deep relaxation and well-being is restored. From this deeply relaxed and meditative space, your body, mind, and spirit are freed, activating your innate ability to heal. Every note and sequence in this sound bath carries a powerful healing intention, promoting a deep quantum reset that leaves you feeling centered, grounded, and rejuvenated. This is a practice of relaxation focused on accepting, rather than doing. All necessary props—including supportive bolsters, blocks, and cozy blankets—are provided for you. Please wear comfortable yoga clothing and bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Class is set to music, candlelit, and includes an extra long and lovely savasana at the end. Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your class booking, your class is non-refundable. You can reschedule or cancel your spot by logging in to your account-under My Bookings. You have up to two hours to cancel or re-book in order to allow others to take your spot. You will be refunded, or classes returned to your class pass if: 1. A class is canceled by the studio 2. You are unwell or there is a snowstorm or other practical reason you can't make it. Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Please cancel on your end within 2 hours of class so others can fill your spot. Passes are honored until their expiration date. Passes can be extended by the studio only if classes are reduced significantly or canceled, if instructors are ill or if you are unable to attend for a good reason. Please speak to your instructor.
