Service Description

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement. A postural style of yoga where each movement follows a "vinyasa count" and breathing sequence creating a moving meditation that helps to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Vinyasa classes include sun salutations and creative sequences that vary in intensity and pace. Modifications will be demonstrated allowing for all levels to participate. With a focus on breath and fluidity, you'll discover new ways to move creating more space, expansion and flow throughout your body. This custom power flow version of yoga, is a faster pace & dynamic activity that emphasizes the flow from one pose to the next, rather than a single pose at a time while focusing on building strength & stamina. By using your own bodyweight to tone & strengthen you will soon notice you are able to move quicker, with more ease & increased agility. Whether you play sports, live an active lifestyle, go to the gym regularly, or have a career which requires physical activity, this class will help those of all ages to increase their range of motion, improve performance, help with soreness and lower the chance of injuries by developing a body that is very adaptable to the various physical demands of one’s life. As a bonus, students will also reap the mental health benefits which yoga offers without getting too deeply into the philosophy of the practice. A perfect stress relief even if your schedule only permits the occasional drop in! Please bring your mat, a closed water bottle and a towel if you need it. Cancellation Policy

Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable unless: 1. It is canceled by the studio 2. You are unwell or have been exposed to Covid Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Please cancel on your end within 2 hours of class so others can fill your spot. Passes are honored until their expiration date. Passes can be extended by the studio only if classes are reduced significantly or canceled.
