Who want to lead with their body, rather than their heads or to-do lists. It is for women who want to magnetically draw in their desires and claim their sovereignty in living a life they desire. And to increase their capacity to sense aliveness and deeper presence all the way from the juicy, delicious moments to the depth of sadness.

Using tools from the professional world of coaching, but from a perspective of the feminine, alongside the powerful work of somatics, embodiment and dance, Alanna will guide you gently and in a natural pace to rediscover what success means to you. Not how the the world claims you need to be in order to be successful but we will explore how you want to define success from the realms of your body, your soul and your life.
